Common Prepaid Meter Errors and Fixes

Error: "Reject" or "Token Rejected"

What it means: The meter did not accept the token you entered.

3. Wait 30 seconds
4. Turn it back on
5. Re-enter the token

Error: "DLMS" or "DLMS Error"

What it means: Communication error between the meter and the system.

Error: "SGC" (Standard Transfer Specification)
